The Feelings Wheel was created by Dr. Gloria Willcox.

It is a tool to help us put words to emotions and care for our mental health.

This is especially helpful at times our feelings can be unclear or confusing, or if you're struggling to really pinpoint how you feel. Emotions can be buried away and hard to recognize, or hard to put a word to them.

While words may fall short in fully describing emotion, they can really help to communicate our experience. This can give us clarity, help us understand, or help us talk to others, feel more understood and receive more targeted help.
