At college we have set procedures for helping students to get online.
As teachers it's important to be aware of the process so that you can support your students and make sure they can access systems when working remotely.
This is a multiple step process.
Your students need know how to authenticate their log in, launch and use Office 365/Moodle and know where to go or contact when they forget their passwords or need technical help.
