Job Context/Purpose

We are currently seeking Production Assembly Operators to join our growing team. This is an great opportunity for the right people to be part of an exciting journey at SA Equip. To be successful in this role, you will be a hands-on, practical team player with an eye for detail and good quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

§  Electrical and mechanical assembly of ATEX products

§  Cable preparation and assembly

§  Electrical safety testing of finished products

§  Functional testing and inspection of products

§  Fault finding, re-work and rectification of electrical and mechanical systems

Job Requirements

§  Some experience in a manufacturing, installation, service or repair environment

§  Strong practical skills and good dexterity

§  A strong eye for detail and high standards of workmanship

§  A self-starter with the ability to work alone or as part of a team

§  A willingness to learn and develop

§  Whilst the role may be suited to a more experienced candidate, training would potentially be given for a school or college leaver.
