This is a full-time position however hours per week are negotiable and flexible. A minimum of 3 days per week will be required in the office. Renumeration is dependent on contractual hours

Marketing/sales support

The candidate would be responsible for the following duties reporting to the business development Director working closely with departmental managers.

Principal duties

· The management and creation of social media and digital content for the various Dept’s within Sports Labs and management company Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn accounts.

· Management of the marketing calendar, maintenance of this and working to agreed deadlines as agreed at the marketing meeting held with the business development Director on a weekly basis.

· Production of a marketing report, including a monthly review of activities, interaction, events and focus for the next month.

When required support in the following (training will be provided if required).

· Input and control of marketing campaigns; to enhance our industry presence and technical reputation we aim to issue a technical article quarterly. This would be ‘Pitch Matters’ a natural turf focused document, and ‘Field notes’ a general sports surface and technology publication. These are written by our technical personnel and need designed, released and managed by the candidate.

· Sales campaigns; using online software to manage already constructed databases we send unique content at key times, an example being recertification dates of FIFA field tests. In addition, the databases need to be kept up to date and over time more developed relating to specific sports technology testing such as basketball equipment, tennis courts, golf courses etc metrics, insights and monitoring is needed to optimise and improve the yield of issued material.
