Student Card/Matriculation Card

Only students who go on work placements are given a Matriculation card when they start a course at College. All other students will be emailed a photo of their card that they can store on their phone or print off. It has the students photo (which you will be asked to provide in advance of starting), the student's name, course name and also a student ID number. This number is very important as it is used to login to the College PCs and for Printing & . It should be carried at all times.  It is advisable to save your ID number elsewhere just in case the card is lost/forgotten.

If you do not receive your card, or if it is lost or damaged, you can contact our mis team at mis@west-lothian.ac.uk to arrange a replacement.
