Set up and send an email from Outlook

Address the email.  Click into the To box.  This is where you put in the email address of who the email is for. In this case it will be digitalready@west-lothian.ac.uk

Add a subject by clicking into this box - type I am digital ready

Type your message into the big empty space - I am digital ready

You need to attach the Word file you have been getting ready.  

You do this by clicking on the paperclip icon at the bottom of your email message. Suggested attachments will appear or click browse cloud locations to find the file you are looking for.  Remember yours should be called DigitalReady then your 8 digit student reference number e.g. DigitalReady20145618 and it should appear on the list.


Once you have all the information in, click Send.
